Dimora SIQU Boutique Hotel is located in Menfi, a charming town in Sicily’s Agrigento province, set in a landscape that tells the island’s thousand-year-old story through its architecture, traditions, and people.
The residence was born from a meticulous conservative restoration of a late 19th-century building once belonging to the local agricultural bourgeoisie.
The project was developed by two families of architects united by a deep passion for Sicily and a shared desire to enhance its historical and cultural heritage.

Dimora SIQU perfectly balances past and present: the historic atmosphere of the house is enriched with contemporary design elements, giving the spaces a refined and welcoming identity.
Each room was conceived to convey warmth, authenticity, and a sense of belonging, allowing guests to enjoy an immersive and emotionally rich experience.

The internal courtyards, sun-drenched terraces, and carefully curated outdoor areas invite guests to relax and explore, surrounded by the vibrant colors of Sicily—from the ochre hues of the stone to the warm tones of the vegetation—blending with the brilliant light of the clear Menfi sky.
It’s a place where time seems to slow down, where every detail tells a story, and where the true essence of the island can be felt.

The pursuit of “sicilitudine”—a deep expression of Sicilian cultural and human identity—is the guiding thread of the entire hotel.
