The winery features a minimalist architectural design, where clean, modern volumes engage in dialogue with the visual power of the volcano.
The main building, a monolithic structure made of lava stone, is carefully oriented to direct the visitor’s gaze toward the volcanic cone, establishing a powerful visual connection with the environment. The reinforced concrete structure is clad in dry-laid lava stone, a tribute to local building traditions and a strategy that ensures perfect integration with the landscape.

The production and bottling area is divided into two sections by a central gallery, which serves as the grape delivery point. This functional layout allows for efficient workflow while fully respecting the natural topography.

The barrel cellar is another example of architecture in harmony with nature. Partially underground, it emerges from the terrain by only 1.8 meters, and its structure echoes the stone fields typical of Etna. The roof, covered with lava gravel, offers a panoramic view over the volcanic landscape and the sciara (lava field), creating a unique sensory and spatial experience for visitors.
